The airfoil wings start with a taper of .3mm so that should be good for a first layer height. Use as light of an infill as you can print well so that the wings are light. Set your wall thickness to .5mm so the main body doesn't need any infill to be solid (it is 1mm wide). I also updated this from the last one so that the tail height is the same as the cockpit so that the tail doesn't get melted when printing the last few layers repeatedly. Now it should alternate back and forth the whole time so you can print this even without fans.
...note that if you want one that flies look elsewhere still! I printed this and it doesn't fly. The airfoil wings do actually give it a noticeable lift but the tail doesn't keep it up. The body is also too weak to support the heavier wings. I pictured them being lighter with infill but 90% of the wings are shells and not infill anyways. I am thinking a PLA glider needs to be quite a bit larger in order to be aerodynamic or needs to be designed for fast flight speeds more like a jet shape/regular paper airplane shape. v3 to come sometime as one of those...
