This elevator tipper prototype is made out of wood, PLA printed parts and normalized parts.
Printing:
Riel, disco polea, polea, agarradera, brazo, polea doble móvil, guía basculante, escuadra polea, cilindro, base, entrante.
All of this parts were printed with 20% infill, 3/3 top/bottom layers.
guía lineal nueva: This is the piece that will receive the greatest efforts, therefore it must be printed with a higher density and fill patterns that have been shown to be capable of giving properties similar to isotropic materials.
In this prototype, it was used gyroid, 40% infill and 5/5 top/bottom layers
A SOLIDWORKS Assembly Document was uploaded. The door, fork and roof were made out of methacrylate.
You may have to work out some tolerances machining the parts.
Wheels were made out of TPU
