Leslie's Bubble Cap Base v0.9

This is the next development of Leslie's Bubble Cap Base as seen here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3909188 This is a prototype with some shaping to provide some function as well as form to the PoC design. The shape attempts to mirror the curvature of the lower section of the larger piece of glass work that can be seen in the pictures.
It is agreed that it is slightly over-sized and the general shape will need to be refined but the prototype pictured passed battletesting, according to first-hand accounts, so now the aesthetics can be worked on. Different color PETG filament will be used and I'm considering laying down a few layers of Ninjaflex before continuing in PETG to give the model better "footing."
