Lens for SMD Power LED (torch distributor)
It's more of a diffuser then a lens since it's hard to print a lens, you can print it in transparent or some semi transparent color if you wan't to change the color of the light.
I think best result would be if you print it with 0% infill and maybe 1 or 2 outline/perimeter shells and as few top/bottom layers as your printer can handle. .
Edit #1: After test printing i decided to change a few minor things and tolerance with the sketch and also made some walls thicker to be possible to print with bigger nozzle, updated to V2.
The lens and frame are made to fit for the SMD Power LED model shown in this picture:
