Basics
A magnetic base for a 2x4 Lego brick. Uses 15mm x 3mm neodymium magnets for a strong hold. Why?
For a desktop with a steel strip on the back such as the WUDD, you can build cable organizers, organizer trays, etc out of Legos!
Build Legos on magnetic walls! The pictured wall is our chalkboard wall - which I used 18 gauge steel behind the chalkboard paint for proper magnetic goodness.

Lego Magnet.stl - Very tight fit, may not work if your printer cuts corners.
Lego Magnet Looser.stl - You may need to CA the 2x4 in place.

Nothing fancy. I used PLA at 0.2 layer height, 3 walls, 25% infill. No supports.
What the?
This model is part of my WUDD (Wickedly Usable Dog Desk) build...which is essentially a desktop with 20mm dog holes around 3 edges and a 2" steel strip on the back. (video)
