I think it's kind of a shitty design, but it works for me so I decided to share it in case it might be useful for anyone else.
I have an Ikea MÄLARÖ table at home, and I wanted to make it a little bit taller. I wanted that because I use it as a work table for my 3d-printed projects, and I often work with my face real close to the table, which gets uncomfortable and unhealthy. Now that I use these extenders, it's more comfortable and ergonomic for me to work with that table.
The extenders aren't adjustable, but I provided one tall design and one short design. You can use 4 short ones for a small height extension, or 4 tall ones for a big height extension, or you can do what I did and use 2 shorts ones in the front and 2 tall ones in the back. That way the table is slightly slanted towards me, which I find comfortable.
The screw is intended for tightening the extenders onto the legs. I recommend a high infill on them.
The huggers and reverse huggers need to be glued on for extra support, as shown in the pictures. That's quite annoying, I know. It's mostly needed because the extenders without the huggers are not very resistant to shear force. Maybe if you're printing with a stronger material than the one I use, you could do without the huggers.
Good luck!
