I have printerd it and it seems to work well enough for me. The slots for the power connector and the switch where a bit to narrow and I used a knife to make them a little bigger. Another measurement that needs checking is the power_supply_cutout_depth measurement, it came a little short for me. As the part isusuable by me I leave the tweaking to the next person ;)
I used the concept from GearHeadRed and made a completely new cover in openscad. The file is fully paramterized and contains an assembly overview.
There is an cutout for the main line connecter, a hole for the wires attached to the screw terminals and a switch. 2 small holes on the top give access to the led and pot meter of the power supply. The idea is to use short m3 bolts to screw the cover to the power supply via its first vertical slot.
