Laura Kampf's Zippo bit safe EDC - subtly tweaked by bummster

I like Laura Kampf's Zippo bit safe idea. It's a small hack but a real nifty one. Kinda like how people put all sorts of things inside Altoid tins. And then she went ahead and released a .3fz and STL file for it. Nice!
All props go to Laura. Not my idea. Do check out her Youtube channel.
If you've got a Leatherman with a bit driver, definitely check out Cyclenerd's version too. It fits 6 double sided bits! and uses magnets for capture. Maybe I need to buy another Leatherman?

.3fz and .stl files are here: https://www.stepcraft-systems.com/en/products/q-series
Scroll down until you see it. The .3fz has a CAM solution already plugged in.
Immediately after printing one, I gave the design a handful of subtle tweaks.
added a pair of grooves around the large flats to make it a bit easier to pull it out.
recessed the bit holder by the hinge an additional 8mm so it would clear the close mech bracket.**
recessed the other bit holders 1mm lower. Noticed that one of my fatter bits just nipped the cap.
enlarged the hex bit holders from 6.6mm to 6.8mm so the bits would move more freely.
I added a horizontal slot to accept a 3mm x 5mm x 20mm magnet I had lying around to capture and hold the bits.
radiused the top and bottom of the insert so it would seat and close a little easier.
** To really make Laura's Zippo bit safe, you need to remove that. I couldn't compel myself to do it. :) I chickened out when I had the pliers in my hands. Obviously, this makes this socket harder to use.
