Elements used for the Lasersaur project. v14.03http://www.lasersaur.com/
Laser tube 100W RESI, 80mm diam.
These parts are made as replacement for aluminum part and extrusion assemblies who was not precise enough for me. As soon as I tight the screws, it always move a little bit and I had difficulties to calibrate the optics.
I went form the design of xnaron but then It was too different to modify it so I start from scratch on Fusion360.

It could be cleaned but work well enough for now ^^
Next step is to edit the Y carts and try to fix the maximum of source of misalignment.
