Tips:
This is an Inkscape SVG file. Depending on your setup, this can be a little persnickety to cut out correctly. I found that saving as a postscript file worked reasonably well. YMMV.
I used 1/4" x 2' x 2' birch ply for the project. I've grouped the pieces to fit on 2'x2' sheets. Depending on your laser's bed size, you might need to change up the layout.
Getting perfectly flat and even 1/4" ply can be tricky, depending on where you shop, and some of these pieces are a little large, meaning that a little bowing can add up to be a big issue. You might want to cut some of the pieces individually, or at least in smaller groups, depending on how flat your materials are.
The tabs are set up to be a bit forgiving, and I required wood glue to get everthing to stay together. You might want to play with this a bit if you want perfectly snug joinery.
I glued the middle secret compartment in wrong! I suggest rotating in 90 degrees, to the drawers can sit back a little farther without bumping into the middle compartment.
I made the longer drawer a bit too long. I suggest removing about an inch in order to get the tabs to slot properly (You can see in the photos that I cut the board and screwed it back together. Not the most elegant solution, but it gets the job done.)
