Based off the Pee Wee rover kit, I designed a similar kit (the sizing is a bit different) with servo mounts, should you decide you want to add more functionality then just a robot that drives around.
I got the idea after we gave peewee kits out at the HeatSync Labs Nodebots Day event!
Using the Johnny-Five plugin for Octoblu you can build one that connects to the web easily using a standard arduino.

Then do this...
1 - Octoblu: app.octoblu.com
2 - Install Firmata to your Arduino and plug it into the computer running your Gateblu
4 - Install Johnny-Five plugin from app.octoblu.com
5 - Configure your board from the device details page.
6 - Build a flow to control it.
