"Laevis" 17g bicycle bottle cage.
Slicer estimate: 17.04g.
Tested in PLA.
Print 3 parts: 1 bar, 2 rings.
The 3 part design allows both the rings and the bar to be printed in the orientation which maximizes strength.
The rings house standard M5 screw heads + 1 washer. The head should not stick out and scratch your bottle.
The distance between the two screw holes in the bar is the standard 64mm, with slots allowing for [63,65].
The rings were designed for bottles 74mm in diameter.
Assembly: Put a screw and washer into a ring. Screw through one hole of the bar into your frame, but don't tighten fully yet. Put a screw and washer into the other ring, and screw it through the other hole in the bar into your frame. Now tighten both screws fully.
Disclaimer: On my bike, the foot of the bar can bend all the way to making contact with the frame. It may be possible that repeated contact between the foot and the frame could wear the paint. If you're concerned about this, you could use a sticker.
