3d Printed Fittings for enclosure.
4mm holes in design allows for a small screw to secure the parts together.
This was the cheapest 3d printer enclosure that I could find using 3 Ikea Lack tables with enough room to fit my CR-10s.
EDIT February 11, 2018 (V2):
-Increased inside wall to allow for easier fit. Parts now slide on to Lack table.
-Decreased unnecessary chamfers and fillets.
-Added Fusion 360 Files
EDIT February 13, 2018 (V3):
Added photos of build (Works Wonderfully)
Added Revised version of Table Bottom Holder
Removed Past versions of Build
Notes from V2 build:
-Use as much infill as you can with the table bottom holder or use wood screws. I used nails and it did the trick, but the table bottom holder seemed to give way and crack with 10% infill.
Next Step:
-Add PVC Roofing panels around the enclosurehttps://www.homedepot.com/p/Palruf-26-in-x-8-ft-Clear-PVC-Roof-Panel-100423/100038031
-Use Closer Strips to attach them and create an airtight sealhttps://www.homedepot.com/p/Palruf-24-in-Horizontal-Plastic-Closure-Strips-6-Pack-92771/100090602
