Some screw holes may need to be enlarged by a drill bit.
Bottom piece is also in version without holes in the front panel, if you don't want to use them or if you want to make your own.
Another version of the bottom piece is without a hole for the power connector, so you can drill your own. For example, if you don't want to mess with mains wiring, you can use 12V power brick and add suitable connector on the back panel.
Instead of using my 12V to 5V DC/DC converter, you can find some on Ebay and solder the wires directly on it.

I also used connectors for the power supply (NINIGI NS39-G2 and NS39-G3 + pins NS39-T - some MOLEX knock off) but you can just solder the wires directly on the pins and put some heat-shrink over it.
You will need some small wood screws to screw it together and some tiny screws to screw down the boards and the switch.
I'm not sure if all floppy drives have mounting holes in the same place, but you can drill new ones (or modify the model) if they are misaligned.
Update:
I have added experimental version reduced by the 5,25" drive and blank covers for both floppy drives.
The experimental unit is designed with separate power connector and power switch.
