This is a adapter for ancient Konvas Camera with Lomo, Lenkinap, KMZ russian lens with oct 18 mount for Canon EOS EF mount.
Konvas - Lomo oct-18 lens have a 57mm focal flange distance and 47mm diameter.
(source: http://konvas.org/faq/faqs/faq/konvas-oct18-ost18-oct19-ost19-lens-mount-diagrams).
With this adapter you can focus at infinity if you can physically fit the lens in yours camera.
BECAREFUL !!! the EOS mount don't have the hole for locking mechanism pin, if want use the adapter safetly you need to drill one.
If you use on EOS reflex camera Check the back focal distance (BFD) of the lens isn't to long or you risk to damage yours camera. Most Canon reflex have 11mm space between Mount Flange and inside body, any lens with bigger BFD can damage your camera our you cant focus at infinite.
If you use on a mirror less camera with a extra adaptor (Canon M, Sony E, Micro 4/3) you can you use all oct-18 lenses without worries
This version have 3 holes with a insert for M4 nuts to secure the lens with M4 nylon screw, and also a STL model without secure holes you can modify for your need (you can melt in also copper insert nuts).
The design is not industrial standard but is working well.
If you use prime lenses notice you need to focus using the internal barrel, because the external barrel is locked with this system, be careful because the inner barrel can completely come out of the lenses if you try to focus to close.
The STL model is upside down: turn 180° on you slicer to use less support.
The photos as example are shot with a Jupiter 135mm t4.0 and 75mm t2.3 lenses on a old APS-C Canon 400D without focus assist
