an actually functioning one.
the clamp has been flipped to get it closer to the nozzle, clear the orbiter's door and remove the need to use any supports.
I've also opened up the filament channel some. it's still intentionally tight. this should work though.
sidenote: I forgot to add the mounting beam from the model.

rub and buffed release candidate.
includes insets for washers, bolt heads, nuts, ect.
the rigid SLA version is still not designed. and this version lacks the ability to mount a stepper cooling fan. but it should work just finished the test print. there's interference with the filament door and the BLTouch mount hits the heat sink iterating now.

completely redesigned, I totally ditched the original Klemco to Orbiter adapter
using the Duel fan BLTouch mount. I extended the mounting arm, flipped the clamp so the tightener is on the outside so it won't interfere with the stepper. I printed this version, and while it has no relief cuts for bolt heads, the relief cut for the top of the hotend is too shallow, but the mounting holes are dimensionally accurate. the current idea is to screw two bolts up through the bottom, then, using them as studs, tighten nuts down onto the orbiter. heatset inserts might be included to strengthen the mounting surface.
!!! in this current form, using "supports only touching build plate" is absolutely mandatory. !!!

I slapped this together with tinkerCAD in 10 minute while sipping bourbon. I have not tested it, I'm printing it now, I'll probably iterate it a few time. this was just a quick and dirty proof of concept.
