DON'T THINK TOO MUCH INTO THIS! I just wanted to have a Imperial Planet Killer to play against my friends Chaos fleet however the Resurgence-class has it's own special rules: Resurgence Class: 515 points Hit Points: 14 Speed: 25cm (See Resurgence rules) Turns: 45 degrees Shields: 4 Armor: 5+ Turrets: 10 (See Resurgence rules) Main Lances: 17 Forward, 12 Right/Left, 1 Back/Right/Left Range: (See Resurgence rules) Lance Batteries: 8 Right/Left , 2 Front/Right/Left Range: (See Resurgence rules) Hanger Bays: 3 Squadrons Each (Standard rules) Resurgence Cannon: (See Resurgence rules) Range: 90cm Resurgence Rules: Normal Blast: Resurgence Cannon: Like the Armageddon Gun on the Planet Killer the Resurgence Cannon can only be fired from the direct front of the model however the Resurgence Cannon only deals a 8 onto a ship directly in its path (Front). the Cannon takes 1 turn to charge for firing and 1 turn to recharge before firing again. The beam acts much the same way as the planet Killer's in that it is line of sight and if a ship is behind a object (like an asteroid) the beam will destroy the asteroid but the ship will not suffer any damage however if the ship is farther than 5cm from the object it is subject to the beam. Overcharge Blast: After 4 turns of charging the Resurgence cannon will act like the Armageddon Gun and blast out a powerful D6 blast on it's targets. The ship must them take 3 turns to recharge. The ship also gains 2 shields during the charging and firing of the overcharge blast. Movement: Normal Movement: 25cm, Charging for Resurgence Cannon Movement: 5cm, After Firing(Recharging) Movement: 10cm Maneuverability: Normal: 45, Charging for Resurgence Canon: 10, After firing (Recharging): 30 Turrets: Normal: 10, Charging for Resurgence Cannon: 4, After Firing(Recharging): 6 Dorsal Lances: Normal Combat Range: 60cm, Charging for Resurgence Cannon Range: 30cm, After Firing(Recharging) Range: 15cm Lance Batteries: Normal Combat Range: 60cm, Charging for Resurgence Cannon Range: 45cm, After Firing(Recharging) Range: 30cm If the ship is down to 4 Hit Points it can not use the Resurgence Cannon, and even if the ship regains more than 4 it can not use the gun. Lore: In the aftermath of the Gothic War the Forge World of Valorus constructed a new type of weapon that uses pure Warp energy as a weapon, in essence creating a Planet Killer of there own. Do to extreme safely procedures the Cannon is restricted to dealing manageable Warp blasts against it's targets as the worry of demonic incursion is thought of as too great a risk. Every square meter of the Resurgence-Class has at least three overlapping Gellar Fields except for the towers devoted to astropaths and other psyker's. The only reason the Resurgence-Class is able to support so many lances is because of the use of the Warp Power Conduit to create plasma to fuel and power the Lances and the main drive. The ship is a work in progress so I will be continually updating the models until I deem it finished. Though it is possible to 3D print this model I wouldn't suggest it due to it's complexity.
