Design stand inspired by the chrysanthemum seal for flat objects like tablets, smart phones, dried sea weed, mouse pads, mini discs etc. designed with BySoft 7/Solid Works. The POC simulation was done on an Xpert80/1530 mostly because the width of 1530mm allows multiple stations with space between each other for convenient part handling.
The gauging of the leaves will be challenging for the operator even with a 6 axis back gauge system but assumingly for this no high precision is required.
For the 10mm radius bend I used step bending due to lack of a 10mm radius punch.
