The Haldeman Center houses the Ethics Institute the Leslie Humanities Center and the Dickey Center for International Understanding in one space of approximately 30 000 gross square feet. The centers enliven the intellectual life of the campus with speakers conferences and programs. Located across the street from the Rockefeller Center the Haldeman Center will increase the visibility of the exciting work of the centers and encourage collaboration among centers.The Haldeman Center was built with the goal of attaining U.S. Green Building Council LEED Silver certification for sustainable design.With the completion of Kemeny Hall the Mathematics Department has reunited under one roof after 25 years of occupying three separate buildings.
