The largest example in my Orrery series, a Jovilabe, which is a model of Jupiter and its four largest ( Gallilean ) moons.
Many thanks to maker tato_713 for allowing the use of his Jupiter moon models,

Since calibrations vary from printer to printer, I'd advise using an editor for cutting up the moon arm bushings and the sleeves they fit too into short test print sections in order to home in on the perfect fit, ( by adjusting the arm bushing diameters, not the sleeves ) which is just shy of snug but not sloppy for the nested drive sleeves, and snug for the support arm bushings.
The sq. drive male/female parts should also be test- printed and adjusted to give a smooth but snug fit of the sq. drive shafts both into their axles and gear hub inserts.
None of the parts are designed to be glued, if you glue stuff together to make it work you'll not be able to disassemble the works!( an important post-printing factor ) so fit is important!
