Johnybee210 is a mini 210 size FPV racing quad which is easy to print & build and very funny to fly due to its size and agileness. It is designed to be one of the smallest and lightest frames that accommodate 5" propellers and standard size flight controller (naze32/cc3d) and full size fpv camera (32x32 mm). Required printing area is 16x19 cm so it should fit vast majority of printers.
Here is a sample video from one of my flights to show that it really flies even with Xiaomi Yi HD camera: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0SpUMMBiInU.
When printed in ABS with 100% infill it's also quite rigid and will survive some crashes.
Total frame weight is about 75 grams (ABS, 100% infill, M3 self-tapping screws), AUW with FPV gear and 3s lipo 1000 mAh is about 350 grams.
My recommended setup:
motors: 4x 1806 2300kv (or 2204 2300kv)
ESCs: 4x DYS SN16A (or similar size and amps)
flight controller: CC3D (or Naze32)
propeller: 5045 bullnose (or 5045, 5030 etc.)
battery: 3S LiPo 1000-1600 mAh
FPV camera: PZ0420/CC1333 (or DAL700)
video TX: TS5823 200mW
This 3S setup has power to weight ratio of about 5:1 and can be compared to my other heavier copters that fly with 4S.
There are two different base plate files for 18xx or 22xx motors.
Software:
BLHeli14.1 firmware for ESCs + Damped Light mode + Oneshot125
Cleanflight 1.10 Luxfloat controller PIDs:
roll/pitch: 2, 0.040, 30
yaw: 6, 0.040, 5
looptime: 1600
With this setup you can have a greatly flying mini quadcopter for about 110 USD including FPV gear (aliexpress, banggood).
There is also a smaller version for 4" propellers (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1003801) and 3" propellers (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1091279).
Have fun!
