This is a mount for the BondTech QR Direct extruder with E3D hotend on a JGAurora A3 3D printer. I designed this with ease of printing and ease of maintenance in mind. You will need short heat-set threaded inserts for m3, m4 and m5 screws, which are readily available. You will also need the M4 and M5 socket head cap screws listed below.
I wanted to print with materials other than the basic PLA and ABS, so I wanted a different extruder setup to allow more exotic materials. I kept having problems with PETG filament jamming because the teflon tube in the heat break would get damaged at the higher temperatures needed. An all metal extruder solves this problem, so I decided on the Bondtech extruder with an E3D v6 available from MatterHackers.
This mount makes the Bondtech/E3D setup more or less a drop in replacement. It keeps the X and Z positions the same and moves the Y position a few millimeters forward for clearance of the BondTech extruder stepper motor. The original turbo fan works without modification.
Since there seems to be some interest in this mount, I thought I would update it. I have modified the turbo fan mount bracket to allow the original m3 fan mount screws to not bottom out in the bracket.

At McMaster-Carr (Search for "heat set" and click on the "brass inserts" choice) or on the following page in the "Heat-Set Inserts for Plastics" section:https://www.mcmaster.com/#brass-inserts/=1cgfdtb
The following are the socket head cap screws needed to put this together:
M3 x 20mm (screws included in the original kit)
M4 x 10mm (8-12mm will work)
M5 x 16mm (14-20mm will work)
