This simple part solves two problems of JG A5 Aurora 3D Printer.

JG is using a 8mm Diameter Fitting for the teflon bowden. After many prints the holding of bowden is defect. In Germany it is not available !? You can buy 6mm Diameter but not 8mm. I must buy the original Fitting in China via Amazon and i'm waiting 6 weeks and i'am payed 20€ for two pieces !?

After every retract-action the bowden moves a little bit to extruder motor (see pic.2)
Pic.1 shows the normal endposition of teflon bowden. The effect is that you have massiv problems to thread in, a new color. The replace from china don't fix this problem!
Solution:
My fitting adapter convert 8mm to 6mm Fitting, they you can buy 10 pieces for 10€.
6mm Fittings not allowed moving of teflon bowden.
Note:
Before you install this adapter, please use a spare bolt M8 and screw M6 to trim the threads but now install this adapter !!!
Have fun...
