JAW Segmented Duet Wifi Enclosure by JAW

Update: I just finished printing the original files and assembling the case. The original isn't bad; however, I made a few improvements. First, I moved the duet board mounts all the way towards the front edge of the box to allow more room for the main power and heated bed wires. Next, I made the entire enclosure 5mm higher for clearance and for additional room for wires. Finally, I increased the height of the wire management slots so they would capture and better organize wires plugged into the board.
My print bed was too small to print any of the Duet Wifi enclosures out there, so I CAD'ed one up myself that is divided into pieces. The box and the lid are in two pieces and can be glued or fused together with acetone once they are printed. The box has active cooling on the underside of the chip with two 25x25x10mm fans. It is also slightly oversized to allow for wire management. I will be fastening mine to one of the top rails of my JAW Delta printer.
