Use a jam funnel to fill hot jam into hot sterilized glass jars, leaving around 0.5cm headspace. Wipe off the rim of the glass and place a hot lid on. Screw the metal ring down tight, do not apply excessive force when tightening as this might prevent the air from escaping during heating. In the end, all jars should be put into hot water for heating processing. A jam funnel should be extensive cleaned after each filling. Be safe!
