After searching for a face mask to print off and use, I found many were too big for my printing volume. I came across the NanoHack mask by Copper3D https://copper3d.com/hackthepandemic/ which can be printed completely flat. I have slightly modified the mask and incorporated a new vent to allow for air out of the mask, and works well with the newly added air check valves.
Instructions for assembling this mask are on a pdf. All stl files are located in .rar file.
edit 01/04/20 Just to note, although this mask can be molded to your face easily, I would say this mask is not a one size fits all.
Personally it's just a tad bit to small for me. Either the whole mask needs to be scaled or potentially just the nose wings.
