I've been struggling with extrusion issues on my Genuine Prusa i3 MK2.5 since I upgraded from MK2S to MK2.5. One of the theories to be tested was that there was a Z-wobble issue to address first. In the end it turned out I had a bad stepper motor as well as a bad hot-end. After replacing these parts with new parts sent by the excellent Prusa support everything prints properly now - the blue print of version V2 ("iZee" instead of "Zee") is what the MK2.5 printed. Sliced with Slic3r PE "detail" settings for the MK2.5 at 60ºC bed temperature.
iZeeWobble is an overcomplicated printing test to detect Z-wobble. In my case I saw under extrusion instead until the printer was fixed.
