ISO's second global model is the mid sized Melbourne. It's availiable as a sedan, hatch or wagon with rear or all wheel drive (AWD only availiable in LHD markets) a range of turbo petrol and diesel four cylinders and a turbo six cylinder IPT model. The Melbourne was designed to compete with the Opel Insignia/Buick Regal, Ford Mondeo and Honda Accord Euro/Acura TSX, but with the unique offering of rear wheel drive, and the dynamic advantages that come with it. The sporty 208 Dynamic model has a 2.0L turbo four cylinder with 208hp@6100rpm and 260Nm @2400rpm, which drives a six speed manual (shown here) or 7 speed DCG auto. Spec levels differ between countries, due to ISO North America competing at a high price range, but all Dynamcs have premium audio with iPod connection and six disc CD and DAB+ or HD radio, voice control, bluetooth, climate control, cruise control, auto headlights, 7 airbags, alloy wheels, bodykit, sports suspension and DSC. North American models also get heated leather seats, keyless start, sat nav, ISOConnect, hands free trunk lid and rear side airbags .Other Models offered are the standard, Verve, Dynamic S, Premium, and Premium S.
