ISO London 152 Verve

ISO's first small car, the London has been released. Launching as a hatch in ES, Verve, Sport, Premium and Premium Sport specifications, a wagon and hot SSE version will come early next year, and a sedan is likely. Six engines will be offered: A 1.2 litre turbo 3 cylinder 1.4 or 1.6 litre turbo 4 cylinder, a 2.0 or 2.3 litre turbo diesel 4 cylinder and the SSE's 2.0 turbo four. The Verve here has the 1.4 turbo, which produces 152hp(112kW,154PS) and 170ft lb(230Nm). This engine is availiable in the ES, Verve and Premium. These models are also availiable with the 1.2 turbo triple, 2.0 turbo diesel four. A six speed manual or DCT is availiable with any engine, except the SSE, which will be manual only. All cars will be front wheel drive only. Spec levels differ between countries, due to ISO North America competing at a high price range, but all Verves have premium audio with iPod connection and six disc CD and DAB+ or HD radio, voice control, bluetooth, climate control, cruise control, auto headlights, 7 airbags, alloy wheels and DSC. North American models also get heated leather seats, keyless start, sat nav, ISOConnect, hands free power tailgate and rear side airbags. The Sport has an identical specification to the Verve, but adds the bigger engine, a bodykit, sports suspension and five or seven spoke wheels.The152 Verve costs US$25,210, AU$23,250, £19,450, 18,590, auto and diesel engine cost extra.
