It is not a perfect conversion, I'm sorry. It is scaled to 19 inches wide and cut to fit a 10"x10" (220mmx220mm) bed.
Print the top and bottom halves 1 and 2, each piece twice for both sides of the clam shell. You'll need to mirror each piece twice also for each opposite piece of the clam shell.
I also included the larger whole piece in the chance someone with more skill can salvage what I've started.
I learned a lot about several tools to convert, fix, patch, and rig the model to get the printable parts.
