Update (4/5/2016) -- Leaving this in the car with direct sunlight is not good on hot days. The part can warp beyond practical use. I'd advise against PLA for this reason. I've printed it in ABS and the car is in covered parking (in Texas up to 100+) and has still been fine. So the direct sunlight with PLA is a bad option in summer. Never had a problem with PLA in cooler seasons.
Designed these two mounts to slide into my car's CD tray in order to hold my iPhone 6 & iPhone6+. The iPhone6 version has been designed around the Otterbox Commuter case. The phone drops in with no added effort. The design allows it to be plugged in while mounted. I've uploaded the NX CAD files so you can customize it to fit your case.
Just a heads up -- depending on what material you use, keep an eye on it this summer. My phone is getting a little more snug after the car has been sitting outside all day due to the PLA expanding. I designed/ built this over winter so I don't know how well it'll hold up over summer.
