Designed with Ssou Qku Taq psychology in mind the Invisibles are named because its jump computer is an extremely advanced and accurate system that enables pinpoint navigation. In a color scheme that mimics the markings of the most feared predator on the Squiddy home world the Scimitar preys on the “school” mind set of the enemy where being outside the group is seen as a danger to the group and very likely crazy. Operating deep within enemy territory may seem crazy until you understand the strategy behind their design. The enemy Battle groups are made up of highly specialized ships that work in concert with each ship fulfilling a specific role. However this system is also its Achilles heel as the destruction of one ship usually results in the entire battle group withdrawing until a replacement craft can be found. The Invisibles exploit this weakness by attacking small enemy fleets with a formidable armament consisting of 2 Thor’s Hammer Ship Killer missiles launchers, under the forward bow is a single “Wrath” Mega Laser in flexible mounting allowing targets to be acquired outside the ships line of travel. Mounted on the spine is a twin ‘Freight train” Rail Gun turret and either side of the hull is a twin Plasma gun mount on a 180 degree turntable.
