So our Intex pool "gave in" this summer (maybe I was a bit rough on it...), and spares were nowhere to be had.
So I designed my own, with additional reinforcement, to be printed in PETG.
Vertical tube diameter: 32 mm
Horizontal tube diameter: 38 mm
Included are both the corner joint and pins.
Print upside down on the big flat surface.
Filament: 1.75 mm PETG (alternatively ABS)
Layer Height: 0.2 mm
Wall Line Count: 4
Top Layers: 4
Bottom Layers: 6 (the flat surface that will be facing up on the finished print)
Infill: 30%
Printing Temperature: 245 C
Build Plate Temperature: 75 C
Print Speed: 60 mm/s
Initial Layer Speed: 10 mm/s
