I made this vent for heating the chamber of my FDM printer (flashforge creator pro) with a cheap $9 hair dryer (model RVDR5034 by revlon). The is installed into the side of the printer and directs the air down so it doesn't blow directly on the build plate.
The hair dryer will fit snuggly into the tube, but you'll want to use a set screw to hold the hair dyer in place.
Set the hair dryer at low and monitor the temperature (it will vary based on printer and room temp). I wouldn't recommend exceeding 50C as it may put heat stress on your electronics and motors. At 50C I get almost no warping with ABS.
Ideally you'd pair this with a temperature controller (pictured) to maintain perfect temp and avoid overheating.
