This is my first real drawing in solidworks and first robot. So there are lots of drawing and calculating mistakes. I will explain to you some of them:

1)I didn't add the slide rails for 30*30 sigma profile (we call it "Derlin kızak" or "sürgü rayı" in Turkish, I added the link so you can check it) so there were 2mm from right and 2mm from left extra and this is so bad for us. We had to go back to industry and it was lost time.

2) We choose the material so wrong and and our gripper has broken during the first match. So be carefull about that.

3) (This one is for FRC teams) When you finish the robot, do not be relax. The hardest part(for me) is bumbers. My advice is don't do them last moment, start them when you finish the chassis. We lost hours and hours for it in build season(we have started last days) and during the competition.

Finally, this robot is not my last drawing for my season, I have changed it. This is in the last 3 so it is not perfect(last robot wasn't perfect too, there were lots of mistakes for example slide rails) but you can see how did I started and how is the Imperium's 2019 robot. The gripper is not mine:

And one more thing: we used "Redline + 57 Sport" for take in and out the balls, and "PG71" for move the gripper(1 redline is not enough, if you want to build this model, use it 2 with gearbox. I do not have any idea for PG71 because our material was so light and I couldn't understand very well but it should be good and you can try it)
