A full organizer for Imperial Assault and most expansions. You should be able to fit the base model and at least four of the large expansions into one box with this AND keep it all organized.
It uses the rail and tray system heavily adapted from the zombiecide storage solution (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2505985) but completely reimplemented to reduce space, fit in the IA box, and maximize print success.
It creates a rail system into which fits a double sided tray that converts to a free standing mini caddy to cut down on table space requirements. The cards and mini tiles fit into boxes which keep them organized and grouped. Tokens fit into token tubes based on the parameterized solution from mildmojo (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2335826)
Please feel free to update, mod, or improve any of the designs and contribute them back and I'll add the updated version to this thing with your credit.
To make print the following:
4 x Outer Wall (flip 2 long ways before printing, see note below)
8 x Outer Wall Clips
2 x Inner Wall
4 x Inner Wall Clips
2 x Figure Tray Wide (each tray holds 40 32mm figures)
1 each of Narrow Side Map Tile Box, Small Card Box, Large Card box, Token Tube Box
3 x Narrow Map Tile Box Lid
3 x Back Brace Narrow
3 x Back Brace Wide
3 x Cross Brace Narrow
3 x Cross Brace Wide
2 x Token Tube Large Round
2 x Token Tube Large Square
2 x Token Tube Small Square
4 x Token Tube Small Round
Of course change any of the tube, tray, or box combinations to suit yourself.
NOTE: The outer wall pieces should be arranged so that the shorter channels meet forming the two sides of the storage unit. I recommend you import all of the pieces into your favorite 3D program and lay them out like as they'll fit together in the box to make sure you have the right combinations and orientations. I apologize for any confusion!
