Fully working - one piece - optimized for easy print - no supports - Pulley for idler wheels.
Can directly replace Openbuilds smooth pulley idler wheel when used for up to 6mm belts
The idler wheen has been designed for trouble-free print. An additional stl file in included that is optimized for slicers that cannot handle perimeter seams for cylindrical parts well. So if your printed part has a noticeable seam that will cause trouble, use the optimized seam file.
You have to slice with .1 with at least 3 perimeters to get a nice working part. Don't worry it's only a ~20minutes print
I printed in Nylon Alloy 910 for best durability.
You have to use 2x Ball Bearings of type 6252rs to complete the Idler. They will click fit. The Bearings are intentionally protruding about 0.5-0.7mm from the idler. Look at pictures
