Water cooled quad-extruder
Features:

shaft collar secured nozzles for easy height adjustment
120vac heater cartridges for quick and high temp heating
high efficiency water cooling equipped with cooling channels.
push to connect fitting for standard filament tubing.
standard or DIY nozzles (acorn nuts). Easily replaceable with 1 screw and unscrewing the nozzle.
Easy calibration/ leveling.
4-corner mounting holes. also secures aluminum plates
gasket sealant to prevent water/ oil leaks. (could probably use a thick* latex glove)
easy disassembling for cleaning
notes:
recommend adding a plastic insert between the threaded stub and the shaft collar set screw. that way, if the nozzle crashes into the build platform, the threaded stud will slip in the shaft collar and help prevent damage.
Thermal grease recommended between nozzle and heater cartridge as well as between the threade stud and the aluminum blocks to facilitate heat transfer.
The shaft collars may also be (carefully) JB-welded onto the aluminum blocks instead of being screwed down.
It's recomended to trim 1/8'' off the bottom of both of the hose barbs so that the oil/water can enter through the bottom. Also, JB welding the hose barbs to the aluminum blocks is recommended.
Not included in the BOM is the thermistor.
