Notes on Project Material & upgrade:
- Worm is 3D printed with two Helix for faster speeds,
- Worm Gears -install flange bearings F693ZZ (OD8mm/ID3mm x4mm) for M3 screws, M3 screws use Loctite (2700) @ inserts for securing against rotation!,
- For M3 Nuts - use M3 (thin wall) and M4 (M4x4x5) Inserts - https://amzn.eu/d/7NL0J8x or equivalent,
- For main shaft fixing you can use as well M4 Brass Insert, M4 screw with Nut to fix against rotation
- Two options of springs for use at tape tension-er and for tape Cover part -see pictures: (wire dia. 1.0 mm spring V shape, 3 helix...), Springs from: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005003823259348.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.165.5f251802MSxZup
