I love HP DPS - 1200FB Power supplies. They are sold used on ebay for $29 each and can put out 12v and up to 57A (900W) of clean power all day long. You can run them in series to get 24v, 36v, 48v...whatever you need. They are also dead silent because they never have to work that hard. My printer pulls 24A at 12v when heating the bed and extruder at the same time and the PSU fan never runs above idle even when doing that.
These PSU get pulled out of data center servers when they hit a specific number of service hours. They do this to eliminate the risk of a PSU ever failing but realistically they have years of life in them. I use them as PSU's for my LiPo chargers (I fly RC planes), 3D Printers, LED Christmas lights, etc...
See detials on how to do set them up as stand alone PSU's here (read carefully and be safe): http://www.rchelination.com/setting-hp-dps-1200fb-power-supply/
This thing is a mount I designed to attach one PSU to my new Hypercube 300 CoreXY 3D Printer (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2517628).
Necessary hardware:
Print two tops and two bottoms
4 M3x20mm button head screws
4 M3 plain nuts
4 M5x10mm screws
4 M5 hammer nuts
A roll of 3M Extreme double stick tape (the gray stuff with red backing)
3D Printers move and vibrate. I cut 8 - 20mm squares out of the roll and place them in the top and bottom halves of the mount. This eliminates potential vibration and lets air circulate better...not that the PSU ever gets hot.
