This little garrison colonial house may be small but it has a lot of character. I could go on about it but what good would that do? Tour this 1940's Paulwall house yourself and see if it is hiding the wonders you'd seek. The best room you'll find is the kitchen with original tiled counter space and an old HotPoint gas range with dual ovens and 4 burners. The bathroom on the second floor is tiled half way up. The bedroom sizes are interesting. There are 3 bedrooms but they are all way different in terms of size. There is an enormous bedroom in the front. In the back, there is sort of a small-ish, not-so-large kind of room. Then there is an utterly teeny tiny little bedroom on the left side that you might not care to have as a bedroom but maybe an office instead. You get it... it's so small! Now, what distinguishes this from other garrison colonials in Paulwall? This one has an entrance hall water closet so you won't have to send guests up the stairs to do their business. The other awesome thing to note is that there is a covered back porch!
