Here is a small urban house in an old Paulwall neighborhood somewhere on the east side. This house looks like it was built in the 70's. There are metal windows and simple finishes throughout. There isn't too much to see but some people prefer the 'blank canvas' for it is easy to customize. Come inside to a somewhat open floor plan. The kitchen cabinets reach all the way up to the ceiling. The right side of the house contains 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom in back has private patio access and a WIC. The single car garage on the left side has patio access as well but no access directly into the house. There is a storage room accessable from the patio as well. Additional storage is availalbe in the back of the garage as well.
