House in style 'Landelijk Modern', without garden (stand-alone)

This is a quick sketch I made, as relatives are moving into a house that is quite similar to this. It is build in the style of 'landelijk modern', sorry for not knowing the English translation. The building style can be characterised by the pervasive presence of the reed roof and the simple yet stylish use of materials. For me, the terrace at the second floor is one of the main items.
