This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Center hall colonial floor plan with a large shop at the rear. The shop has a pit, and an observation balcony for those guys (and gals) who want to keep an eye on their toys. This has 2 10'X14' roll-up doors at each side. All floors and the shop have elevator access. Pit is angled for easy access to work on the vehicles. Large enough to park an RV inside. TY Paul for the appliances.
