House: 4 Apartments with Garages

This building has 4 apartments & 4 garages. I designed this building to stand at the back end of a city lot, on the alley way, behind the main house, to create more much-needed affordable living space within the city. Each unit is relatively small, but utilizes both the space and the large windows to make each apartment feel larger and more comfortable. Built-in wall cabinets or closets, along with hide-away beds, help to create the most efficient use of space, allowing the resident to use the space for different situations, such as work or having guests over for dinner.
