9/14/20:
This is V1...feel free to use it but this design is at EOL.
Use either of these instead:

4/23/20: V4 concept for large caliber .....https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4308737
10/13/19: I've completed the new design V2. The dovetails used in assembly can be a real PITA. The new version will no longer use dovetails for assembly but rather lap/dado type joints. Final assembly will use epoxy (as before) and common #4x1/2 and 3/4 sheet metal screws. There are mayor improvements in this new design.
You can find V2 here...https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3844226
These are changes I made to the original design by JSondag. Feel free to use, they may or may not suit your taste.....
4/16/19: Had two lower slide noses V4 in the thingy files, both were incorrect. V5 is correct. (Prior version was missing a hole and non manifold)
2/20/19: refreshed my Thingy...File names shortened, some obsolete files removed. Both versions of the pattern and lower slide (pin and bearing) are included. Pick whichever version you want (bearing works super smooth).Fixed a couple non manifold files..
1/10/19: Made some changes to the design.
The slot in the pattern has increased to accomodate a 624 bearing. The lower slide has changed to use a 624 bearing rather than the printed pin.
The upper body was altered to lay flat for better printing.
Note:
The upper slide uses a 624 bearing....
The support rod used was .250" dia aluminum from Home Depot.
The springs used came from an assortment purchased at Home Depot.
Pending on how your printer prints, you may need to ream the holes through the tube holders.
Videos of my rendition can be found here...
Note the video uses the pin version for the pattern and slide. I have changed over to the bearing version.https://youtu.be/eD_dSySNBFo
The original designers version can be found here...https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2488944
Final notes....

The dovetails can be a pita to fit, It depends on how your printer prints. I had to do some scraping/cutting to get them to fit decent. I'm thinking about making a change on this just not sure when I'll get to it.

Fitting the top slide and the bottom slide...
Although dimensionally they should fit, when printing these pieces you may get some "sticky-ness" between the parts when trying to move them.
I found by using a flat file and filing the slots, the "highspots are taken out and the parts slide easily.
Then apply a light coating of moly grease and you should be all set.

Pattern and lower slide...(New see update 1/10/19)
The lower slide has a printed "peg" on the side that follows the cutout in the pattern. Since the peg is printed, it is not super smooth and will stick in the pattern slot.
Take a file or some sand paper and smooth out the peg, then apply some moly grease.
I may change this design later to incorporate a 624 bearing instead.
-Tube holders
The original design had detents printed on it. I changed this to use a single BB instead.
Original files
It was brought to my attention that the remix was not complete, so I've included the original files for the mounting bracket, brace, etc
Have fun...
Bart
