1' O.D. Tubing frame made similar to the American Express GoKart. It has Carlisle slicks. Most components can be purchased from Comet Kart Sales in Indiana. I hope you have fun with it. I have put triangle gussets behind the front axles to increase the strength at that point. They are not shown in the design yet. 2nd Revision] I now show an exhaust modification to keep the exhaust off of the back of the seat. I show the back boards of the seat bottom,sides with padding and black vinyl covering. I'll got those from a fabric shop and upholster it per the requirements of my grandchildren. Using the GPS speedometer on my cell phone the Gokart in the original configuration (10 tooth clutch sprocket and 54 tooth axle sprocket) does 34 mph. I adding a jackshaft from Azusa Engineering Inc. with a 10 and 14 tooth sprocket on a 3/4' keyed shaft to reduce the top end to 24-25 mph and increase low end torque to help the clutch survive startups in the yard.
