Adjust an angle of two parts using a predefined amount of steps
Angle can be fixed using screws
Using a bolt with a spring would allow the discs to be rotated but would snap them to certain angles (like a wheel of fortune")
Customizable to make it fit for a lot of purposes

Shoutouts to the friendly people on the OpenSCAD-Mailinglist who helped me with a difficult issue in this thing.
[2014-07-07] Update: Added the option to cut the tips of the snaps which leads to trapezoids for high load couplings where minimal conversion of torosional force to axial force is important (suggested by @mechadense)
[2014-06-27] Update: Odd values for Snaps are also allowed
