Fan 7.)Mini AC unit 8.)Heat Source 9.) Small Laptop Computer w/WiFi (later models) 10.) Mini Electric Stove 11.) Cell Phone 12.) Motor for self propulsion (later models) Other Features: Windows Door Lock (Exterior & Interior) Internal wheel lock Additional equipment: Sleeping bag Pillow First Aid kit Two Boxes of Granola Bars Candles Matches Small Tent Obviously, most homeless will not be able to afford this solution. It would have to be purchased and distributed by local governments who are interested in decreasing homeless deaths and hospitalizations during extreme weather conditions. It would also significantly increase the daily comfort level of homeless people which is the whole point. An obvious addition would be some kind of attachment so the shelter could be pulled behind a vehicle such as a bicycle, moped or other motorized vehicle.
