Herringbone Prusa i3 Reworked Greg's Extruder by Godvalve

The extruder was iteratively modified to address the following issues:
1) The old Greg's big gear does not properly trap the 8mm bolt head. These gears were replaced with the herringbone gear set.
2) The base of the extruder (where it mounts to the x-carriage) was thickened as the large herringbone gear has a larger OD than the Greg's big gear. This larger OD prevented attaching the extruder body to the x-carriage. The thickened base now allows the large herringbone gear to rotate freely.
3) Recesses were added to the extruder body to allow 3mm cap screws to sit flush with the gear-facing side when attaching the motor so that the screw heads did not interfere with movement of the large gear. This was a feature previously included on the Greg's / Wade's extruder body.
4) Recesses and nut traps were added to the J-head extruder mount to eliminate interference with the large herringbone gear.
5) The idler tab was modified to include a thumb tab for easy access to the hobbed bolt. The bolt holes for the tension screws were also increased in size to reduce binding on the threads when accessing the hobbed bolt.
6) A secondary mounting point was added at the back of the J-head mount to accommodate a parts cooling fan.
7) Mounting holes were added into the X-carriage and the extruder body to secure a 'finger' to trigger the X-limit-switch. This finger is compatible with my drop-in replacement for the Prusa i3 Reloaded X-Motor-End part.
